This comprehensive range of PLC's include a web server on board, allowing machine information to be easily accesses locally via the company network, or remotely via the internet over HTTP. Data may be stored in standard .CSV format and loaded using FTP to allow records to be easily viewed on MS Excel or similar, avoiding the need for any special software or user-licences. Programmed using standard IEC1131-3 tools with CoDeSys software, 6 languages are available including ladder diagram, and Structured Text which uses high level language style instructions. Combining high speed processing, powerful communications and a comprehensive range of I/O modules, the XC200 offers a complete solution to any plant and machine control application. Modules simply clip onto the DIN rail mounted back-plane bus that should be ordered separately. I/O connection offers a choice of screw or tension clamp terminations that should be ordered separately

Add IT connectivity to your machine or plant using the XC200 range of PLC's from Moeller. Incorporating a standard RJ45 Ethernet interface, the XC200 controller allows both remote programming and OPC data access directly on the device.Additional facilities such as an FTP server allow remote access to data files, such as recipes or production logs, which can be stored for example in a CSV format, suitable for direct import into MS Excel on a PC in the production or planning office. In addition to these features included as standard on the device, the XC200 also incorporates a high-speed processor, suitable for fast machine control and data acquisition.
