With these pan/tilt network cameras you can send color images to your PC via a WLAN or LAN interface depending on the model chosen. Recorded images are compressed with MPEG-4 or MJPEG. Two parallel video streams (live streams to the internet or to mobile devices) are transmitted in an optimal size/quality (bandwidth/stream) using Dualstream. A special feature of this camera series is its motorised pan / tilt capability that can be controlled remotely: The pan range is 354° and tilt angle is 125°. Also automatically: define up to 32 preset positions that you can program for 4 tours.,The maximum image resolution is 640 x 480 pixels, and lower resolutions can be chosen. A progressive Scan 1/4" CMOS image provides color images which are transmitted in real time (25 images per second) in full-screen with no flickering. The integrated wide-angle lens has a focal length of 4 mm and the digital zoom has a factor of 10x.,These cameras have an integrated motion sensor and feature ELC, AGC, and AWB. With the integrated microphone you can also hear what is going on in the surveillance area. The camera reacts to motion in the image and emails you an alarm notification or activates a relay output.,You can easily control and set up the camera using VMS Express software (9 cameras live / record, 4 cameras play). You can also view camera output via a web browser anywhere in the world. You can also add the camera as a contact to MSN Messenger.
